Asingkan 4 &#8211; 5 kuntum cendawan tadi dan didadu sederhana besar. Manakala yang selebihnya, hiris kasar. Ketepikan.<br \/>\n2) Dalam non-stick wok (kalau tak de, belasah guna kuali biasa&#8230;) panaskan mentega, masukkan cendawan dan goreng hingga layu. Tambah bawang putih dan bawang besar, goreng hingga bawang besar layu sahaja. Masukkan tepung dan kacau rata2. Gunakan api kecil.<br \/>\n3) Tuang air dan susu cair, kacau rata, masukkan kiub pati ayam dan biar mendidih perlahan sambil dikacau kerap hingga kuahnya menjadi sedikit pekat. Padamkan api dan biar ianya suam. Kemudian kisar halus, tuang dalam kuali semula.<br \/>\n4) Masak dengan api perlahan hingga mendidih, masukkan cendawan yang didadu tadi, tambah serbuk lada hitam dan kacau rata. Masak hingga pekat. Rasa dan jika perlu tambah sedikit garam&#8230;(mat tak letak garam sebab kiub ayam tadi dah terasa garamnya).
