Kacau rata.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nBancuh rempah kurma dengan sedikit air dan masukkan ke dalam periuk. Potong kentang dan masukkan. Kemudian potong besar buah tomato dan cili hijau, juga masukkan ke dalam periuk.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nMasukkan sedikit air jika terlalu pekat. Kacau sentiasa supaya daging tak melekat di bahagian bawah periuk.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nMasukkan pes asam jawa yang dibancuh dengan sedikit air.
