Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bahan-bahan kisar bersama serai yang dititik hingga naik bau dan pecah minyak. Saya suka tumis lama dan sering dikacau supaya cantik tumisannya.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n2. Masukkan garam dan gula secukupnya. Kacau sebati.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n3. Tambahkan dengan hirisan daging. Gaulkan dengan bahan tumis tadi dan tutup periuk. Kacau sekejap-sekejap.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n4. Bila air daging telah kering, tambahkan dengan air ikut suka banyak mana kuah yang kita mahu.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n5. Bila kuah telah menggelegak, tambahkan dengan air asam pula. Masak lagi hingga daging empuk.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n6. Tambahkan dengan daun kecum dan bunga kantan. Kalau suka boleh masukkan bunga kantan setelah menambahkan air asam ke dalam masakan.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n7.
