Goreng sikit hingga agak garing,kemudian masukkan daun limau purut, cili padi ketuk, sos tiram, sos ikan dan sos cili.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n\u2022 Masukkan daging tadi , cili merah dan bawang besar yg dihiris bulat. Kacau dan rasa, jika perlu tambahkan sedikit garam. Dah masak bolehlah diangkat dan hidangkan.
