Kemudian masukkan rempah briyani dan masak hingga pecah minyak.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nMasukkan daging, tomato puree, tomato hiris, bawang goreng dan sedikit daun ketumbar. Kacau seketika hingga sebati.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nMasukkan sedikit air dan tairu ataupun susu cair dan serbuk badam.
