Gaulkan daging dengan ketumbar, jintan manis dan jintan putih yang telah dikisar, perap semalaman.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n2. Setelah diperap, masukkan daging yang diperap ke dalam kuali. Masukkan sedikit air dan masak dengan api perlahan hingga daging empuk. Angkat dan ketepikan.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n3. Kemudian, panaskan minyak dalam kuali dan tumis bahan-bahan yang dikisar bersama kulit kayu manis, bunga lawang, bunga cengkih dan buah pelaga hingga naik bau atau pecah minyak.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n4. Selepas itu, masukkan daging dan gaul rata. Masukkan santan dan kerisik, kacau tanpa henti dengan api yang kecil.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n5. Masukkan air asam jawa, gula Melaka, daun kunyit dan kacau hingga kering. Bila rendang sudah kering, baru tambah garam secukup rasa.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n6.
