Gaul kesemua bahan-bahan iaitu daging, bawang merah daun bawang, lada putih, lada hitam dan garam.Setelah mesra dan sebati, uli perlahan-perlahan.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n2. Jemput sedikit sebesar bola pingpong dan bulatkan. Panaskan minyak dan sebelum menggoreng, golek-golekkan bebola daging dengan tepung gandum kemudian celup ke dalam telur dan akhir sekalidengan serbuk roti.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n3. Goreng sehingga garing kekuningan. Sebelum menghidang, susun aturkan bebola daging mengikut kreativiti masing-masing dan sertakan sekali sosnya.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n4. Cara membuat sos pula, kisar semua bahan kecuali kerisik. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan-bahan tersebut hingga naik baunya. Masukkan santandan cili masak, kacau hingga mesra. Tuangkan kerisik dan sedikit air asam.
