Perapkan daging sekurang-kurangnya 1 jam supaya pes rempah menyerap dalam daging.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nPanaskan minyak dalam periuk dan tumiskan bahan tumis hingga harum dan kekuningan<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nMasukkan daging yang telah di perap tadi dalam periuk dan kacau hingga sebati. Masukkan 2 cawan air dalam periuk. Tutup periuk dan masak hingga daging empuk<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nJika air kering dan daging belum empuk tambahkan lagi air dan terus masak hingga daging betul-betul empuk<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nSetelah empuk dagingnya, masukkan ubi kentang<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nKacau rata dan biarkan merenih hingga kentang empuk<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nKemudian masukkan santan pekat<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nPerasakan dengangan garam, serbuk perasa jika suka dan letakkan juga asam keping.
