Gaulkan tepung gandum, serbuk kacang tanah,gula halus dan garam hingga sebati.<\/p>\n<p>2. Kemudian masukkan minyak sedikit demi sedikit hingga mendapat adunan yang lembut dan boleh dibentuk.<\/p>\n<p>3. Canai adunan setebal 1 cm dan terapkan dengan acuan bulat.<\/p>\n<p>4. Susun dalam dulang yang digris dgn mentega atau dilapik dengan baking paper.<\/p>\n<p>5. Sapukan dengan kuning telur di permukaan biskut dan bakar pada suhu 170 darjah Celcius selama 20 minit atau sehingga kekuningan.<\/p>\n<p>Tips: Untuk mendapat serbuk kacang tanah yang halus, goreng tanpa minyak sehingga kacang menjadi rangup dan buang kulit sebelum dikisar halus.
