Kisar halus semua bahan kasar. Kisar guna santan yg 200ml tu. gaul ramas tepung dgn majerin, tuang minyak panas dan gaul sebati.<br \/>\n2. Uli tepung dgn semua bahan kisar, dan perasakan dgn garam. Uli hingga menjadi doh.<br \/>\n3. Buat bebola kecil, kalau guna mesin mee, mula2 leperkan dgn no paling besar lps tu akhir sekali baru masukkan ke no second last paling kecil, pastu masukkan pulak ke bhg yg mata lebar. Guna tangan pun boleh.<br \/>\n4. Goreng dlm minyak panas guna api sederhana. Sambil tabur lg daun kari utk bau yg lebih mengancam. Sudah nampak garing angkat, dah sejuk boleh simpan dalam bekas kedap udara ye.<\/p>\n<p>Tips:<\/p>\n<p>Sebenarnya resepi ni juga boleh diubah suai mengikut selera masing2. Boleh ganti ikan bilis dgn udang kering.
