Gulung sehelai kulit popia dan dihujungnya sapukan bancuhan tepung gandum supaya melekat dan potong kulit popia serong-serong .Buat hingga habis kulit popia .<br \/>\n2. Goreng kulit popia di dalam minyak yang banyak (sekejap saja dah garing) .Tuskan .<br \/>\n3. Tumis bawang putih &amp; merah hingga kekuningan.<br \/>\n4. Masukkan cili dan perencah ikan bilis, tumis hingga masak dan tutupkan api.
