{"id":1797,"date":"2016-06-24T01:16:34","date_gmt":"2016-06-23T17:16:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hazurahashimbani.com\/cooking-recipe\/?p=1797"},"modified":"2016-06-24T01:16:34","modified_gmt":"2016-06-23T17:16:34","slug":"kuih-siput-bonda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dragonladyhazura.com\/cooking-recipe\/kuih-siput-bonda\/","title":{"rendered":"KUIH SIPUT BONDA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1798\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hazurahashimbani.com\/cooking-recipe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/kuih-siput-bonda.jpg\" alt=\"kuih siput bonda\" width=\"236\" height=\"157\" \/><\/p>\n<p>KUIH SIPUT<\/p>\n<p>Bahan-bahan (Anggaran 1 balang sederhana)<\/p>\n<p>2 cawan tepung gandum<span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><br \/>\n1 biji telur<br \/>\n50gm marjerin<br \/>\n1 sudu kecil serbuk jintan manis<br \/>\n1 sudu kecil serbuk jintan putih<br \/>\n2 sudu kecil serbuk udang kering<br \/>\n1 sudu kecil garam (ikut rasa)<br \/>\nSedikit serbuk perasa (optional)<br \/>\n3 sudu kecil serbuk cili (boleh kurangkan jika tak mahu pedas)<br \/>\nDaun kari<\/p>\n<p>Bahan-bahan (Anggaran 1 balang besar)<\/p>\n<p>600 gram tepung gandum<br \/>\n220 gram marjerin | dicairkan<br \/>\n6 tangkai daun kari &#8211; untuk di campur dalam minyak semasa menggoreng<br \/>\n2 tangkai daun kari &#8211; kisar kasar \/ cincang<br \/>\n2 sudu besar serbuk &#8211; kari<br \/>\n15 gram serbuk jintan manis<br \/>\n15 gram serbuk jintan putih<br \/>\n15 gram udang kering &#8211; di goreng dan kisar<br \/>\n2 ulas bawang putih &#8211; dihiris halus dan digoreng serta dikisar<br \/>\n1 biji telur<br \/>\n150 ml air &#8211; jangan masukkan semua<br \/>\nGaram secukupnya<\/p>\n<p>Cara-cara membuatnya:<\/p>\n<p>1. Marjerin dicairkan dan sejukkan sebentar (suam-suam). Ketepikan.<\/p>\n<p>2. Gaul tepung bersama serbuk kari dan marjerin yang telah dicairkan tadi. Ketepikan.<\/p>\n<p>3. Kisar udang kering yang digoreng bersama bawang putih.<\/p>\n<p>4. Dalam satu bekas, campurkan bahan kisar dan gaul rata bersama garam. Kemudian masukkan bahan-bahan lainya tadi ke dalam adunan tepung yang telah disebatikan dengan marjerin.<\/p>\n<p>5. Gaul rata. Masukkan telur ke dalam adunan dan sebatikan. Masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit dan uli sampai betul-betul sebati. Jangan tuang air terus kalau dah tak melekat tandanya sudah okay. (Ramas dengan hujung jari margerin dan tepung, bila dah rata campurkan bahan-bahan yang dikisar tadi. Uli hingga mnjadi satu doh yang kental. (macam buat doh roti canai&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>6. Cubit sedikit adunan, gentel bagi bulat dan tenyeh atas papan kuih siput.<\/p>\n<p>7. Panaskan minyak, goreng lah kuih siput dengan api sederhana. jangan kuat sangat supaya masak dalamnya dan ranggup, kerana ia agak tebal. Bila sudah 5 minit menggoreng, masukkan setangkai daun kari yang telah dilurut daunnya.<\/p>\n<p>8.
