Ikan bilis direndam sekejap, dibilas dan dikisar bersama bahan-bahan lain<br \/>\n2. Masukkan semua bahan bersama santan dan masak hingga kering dengan api sederhana<br \/>\n3. Kalau masih belum betul-betul halus, apabila serunding kering, kisar lagi dengan pengisar kering<br \/>\n4. masak hingga serunding kering<br \/>\n5. Lipat\/simpul dengan kulit popia. Sekiranya lipat gunakan tepung gandum yang dicampur dengan sedikit air sebagai gam untuk melekatkan kulit popia<br \/>\n6. Cara melipat popia mini &#8211; letakkan serunding dibahagian paling lebar segititiga tersebut, lipat kiri kanan dan gulungkan bahagian yg lebar tadi, sapu gam pada hujung kulit popia yg tirus.<br \/>\n7. Apabila popia sudah siap digulung jemurkan sekejap supaya kulit popia lebih garing apabila digoreng nanti<br \/>\n8.
