Pukul mentega dan gula hingga berkrim. Masukkan telur dan esen vanila, pukul hingga rata.<br \/>\n2. Ayak tepung, soda bikabonat dan emplek. Masukkan chocolate chips dan gajus, gaul rata.<br \/>\n3. Masukkan adunan mentega dan pewarna pink secukupnya. Gaul hingga menjadi doh yang lembut.<\/p>\n<p>4. Rehatkan selama 15 minit. Ambil sebesar ibu jari (10gm) dan gentel ringan bulat.<\/p>\n<p>5. Susun di dalam dulang pembakar, jarakkan kerana biskut akan mengembang.<br \/>\n6. Bakar di dalam oven yang di panaskan dahulu pada suhu 150C selama 25 minit atau hingga masak.<br \/>\n7.
