Ayak tepung kentang dan tepung gandum. Ketepikan.<br \/>\n2. Pukul mentega dan gula icing hingga berkrim, masukkan putih telur dan putar hingga sebati.<br \/>\n3. Masukkan tepung dan gaul dengan spatula hingga rata. Rehatkan selama 15 minit.<br \/>\n4. Ambil doh sebesar ibu jari (10gm) bulatkan dan golek bahagian tepinya dengan sugar colour (gula berwarna) atau hiasan lain yang di sukai. Gunakan spatula untuk membuat bentuk diamond di atasnya.<br \/>\n5.
