Gaul kelapa parut + serbuk kunyit sampai sebati . Sangaikan dalam kuali sekejap .<br \/>\n2. Masukkan sedikit minyak di dalam kuali dan panaskan . Tumiskan semua bahan bahan blend *kisar halus ( bawang merah , bawang putih , lengkuas , ketumbar , jintan manis \/ jintan kasar , jintan putih \/ jintan halus , serai ) sampai naik bau yang harum<br \/>\n3. Masukkan cili kisar *kalau suka pedas boleh letak lebih sedikit dan udang kering . Tumis sampai pecah minyak. Guna api perlahan<br \/>\n4. Masukkan garam gula secukup rasa . Kemudian masukkan daun limau purut,kacau sampai masak .<br \/>\n5. Akhir sekali masukkan kelapa yang telah disagai sekejap tadi dan masak sehingga kering .<br \/>\n6. Cara membungkus popia:<br \/>\nKulit popia dipotong segi empat panjang, isi serunding udang di tengah dan gulung. Kemudian temukan kedua2 hujungnya dan simpul sekali.seperti riben.<br \/>\n7. Goreng guna minyak yang banyak.
