Masukkan tepung dan gula ke dalam mangkuk, buat lubang di tengah kemudian letak air, telur (dipukul terlebih dahulu) dan pati santan sikit demi sedikit dan kacau. Setelah dicampurkan semua, uli sehingga sebati dan lembut.<br \/>\n2. Ambil doh yang dah siap tadi, uli kecil-kecil kemudian letak bijan. Semasa menguli, uli sekali dengan bijan. Bijan akan melekat pada tepung.<br \/>\n3. Ulangi sehingga habis. Goreng sehingga kekuningan pada api yang sederhana panas.<\/p>\n<p>Nota:<\/p>\n<p>1. Uli dengan tangan akan membuatkan bijan akan melekat dan apabila mengoreng.<br \/>\n2.
