Gaulkan (macam buat cekodok) kemudian tutup dan biarkan sebentar sekurang &#8211; kurangnya 1\/2jam. Ambil sejemput dan lenserkan ke atas kuali leper Buat dari arah jam.Mulakan dari tepi dulu kemudian sapukan bahagian tengah dengan sisa tepung yang masih ada di tangan. Setelah rata, biarkan sampai tepung masak sebentar. Angkat tepung yang telah masak dan letakkan dalam pinggan. Boleh disusun berlapis &#8211; lapis ia tak melekat.<\/p>\n<p>Bahan Untuk Inti Popia<br \/>\n1\/2 biji kobis &#8211; di racik halus<br \/>\n3 biji sederhana besar carrot &#8211; di sagat halus<br \/>\n1 biji sederhana bawang besar<br \/>\n3 ulas bawang putih<br \/>\n1 sudu besar sos tiram<br \/>\n1 sudu makan udang kering<br \/>\ngaram secukupnya<br \/>\nminyak untuk menumis<\/p>\n<p>Cara Membuat :<br \/>\nKisar bawang besar, bawang putih dan udang kering. Panaskan sedikit minyak dan masukkan bahan yg dikisar tadi.Kemudian tambahkan sos tiram dan secubit garam.Kemudian masukkan sayuran dan masak hingga sedikit layu.<\/p>\n<p>Bahan Untuk Sambal<br \/>\n15 tangkai cili kering<br \/>\n1 biji bawang besar<br \/>\n5 ulas bawang putih<br \/>\n1 sudu besar gula perang<br \/>\n2 sudu besar kicap manis<br \/>\nminyak untuk menumis<br \/>\ngaram, perasa dan bawang goreng secukupnya<br \/>\nKacang kisar &#8211; jika suka<\/p>\n<p>Cara Membuat :<br \/>\nKisar cili kering, bawang besar dan bawang putih. Panaskan sedikit minyak dan tumis bahan blend hingga garing. Masukkan kicap dan gula perang, garam dan perasa. Ambil sekeping kulit popia dan sapukan dengan sedikit sambal.Letak satu sudu besar inti dan taburan bawang goreng lipat macam biasa dan gulung sedia untuk dimakan.<\/p>\n<p>Sebenarnya cara penyediaan popia bergantung pada citarasa.
