Rendam sebentar udang kering. Cuci dan toskan. Selepas itu dikisar halus.<\/p>\n<p>2. Tumis bawang sehingga naik bau. Kemudian masukkan udang kering yang telah dikisar. Gaul.<\/p>\n<p>3. Masukkan air asam jawa, garam, gula dan serbuk perasa. Gaul hingga udang agak kering.<\/p>\n<p>4. Bila dah kering, tutup api dan sejukkan sebentar. Kemudian kisar lagi supaya udang tidak berketul-ketul.<\/p>\n<p>5. Cara membungkus popia; Kulit popia dipotong segi 4 dan bungkus macam popia biasa. Atas potong segi empat panjang, isi udang ditengah dan gulung. Kemudian temukan kedua-dua hujungnya dan simpul sekali.<\/p>\n<p>6. Goreng menggunakan minyak yang banyak dengan api yang sederhana.
