Inti Nenas: Masak nenas parut bersama gula, cengkih dengan api kecil. Kacau hingga menggering tapi jangan sampai hangus. Sejukkan dahulu, kemudian gentel bulat kecil sebelum di masukkan ke dalam doh.<br \/>\n2. Pukul mentega, majerin, gula dan kuning telur hingga berkrim. Masukkan tepung yang di ayak bersama parutan keju cheddar, uli hingga menjadi doh. Rehatkan selama 15 minit di dalam peti sejuk.<br \/>\n3. Ambil sedikit doh sebesar ibu jari (10gm) dan leperkan. Masukkan inti nenas di tengahnya. Bulatkan kembali. Buat hingga habis.<br \/>\n4. Celup bahagian atas doh dengan kuning telur, kemudian golek permukaan atas saja dengan keju parut.<\/p>\n<p>5.
