Ayak tepung gandum dan tepung jagung. Ketepikan.<br \/>\n2. Satukan mentega, susu pekat, esen vanila dan kuning telur. Putar hingga berkrim.<br \/>\n3. Masukkan tepung sedikit-sedikit dan uli menjadi doh yang lembut. Jika terlalu lembut, tambahkan sedikit saja tepung jika perlu.<br \/>\n4. Ambil doh sebesar ibu jari (10gm) leperkan dan letak jem nenas di tengahnya. Bentukkan bulat atau bujur mengikut suka.<br \/>\n5. Gunakan penyepit atau pisau untuk membuat corak di atasnya.
