Ketepikan<br \/>\nPukul mentega dan gula hingga berkrim. Masukkan putih telur sedikit demi sedikit dan putar hingga sebati.<br \/>\nMasukkan tepung dan kaup balikkan dengan spatula hingga rata.<br \/>\nBahagikan adunan kepada 6 bahagian dan letak dengan pewarna berlainan.<br \/>\nMasukkan adunan ke dalam piping bag dengan nozzle bulat dan picit lurus mendatar ke dalam loyang lidah kucing mengikut susunan warna pelangi.<\/p>\n<p>6. Bakar di dalam oven yang telah di panaskan dahulu pada suhu 150C selama 15minit. Jangan biarkan permukaan atas keperangan kerana menengelamkan warna pelangi.<\/p>\n<p>7. Biarkan biskut suam2 kuku dan terus simpan di dalam bekas kedap udara. Biskut ni cepat lemau jika di biar terdedah pada udara.
