Rebus kacang hijau, air, garam dan minyak masak atas api sederhana. Tujuannya nak percepatkan proses rebus kacang tu bagi kembang. Kalau tak masukkan garam dan minyak masak harus kena berjam-jam baru nak empuk. Banyak gas terbuang.<\/p>\n<p>2. Bila dah empuk (isi kacang hijau tu pecah-pecah) masukkan pelbagai gula, durian, daun pandan yang disimpul, biji sagu dan santan. Kacau nak bagi biji sagu tu tak melekat antara satu sama lain. Lagi pun kalau dibiarkan kang santan tu pecah minyak pula. Hancur jadinya. Jadi kena hati-hati yer.<\/p>\n<p>3. Biarkan mendidih dan dah dapat kepekatan yang kita sukan boleh terus tutup api. Kalau nak cair sikit boleh le nak tambah sikit air lagi. Dah mendidih baru tutup api.<\/p>\n<p>**Kot tak nak atau tak der durian, skip le part yang masukkan durian tu yer.
