Dah mendidih, masukkan hirisan mangga masak.. Dah siap masak, masuk biji delima.<\/p>\n<p>Bahan butir delima:<\/p>\n<p>1 paket tepung ubi, dibahagi dua<br \/>\nsedikit pewarna merah<\/p>\n<p>Mula2, ambil sedikit tepung ubi dan tabur atas papan pencanai.. Ambil sebahagian tepung ubi dan dibancuh dengan air secukupnya&#8230;Tuangkan ke atas papan pencanai yang telah ditabur tepung ubi tadi. Ratakan dan biarkan kering sedikit.. Bancuh satu bahagian lagi dan warnakan merah. Tuang ke atas lapisan putih. Biar kering dan mengeras. Setelah itu, bolehlah dipotong kecil2 dan direbus ke dalam air mendidih hingga kelihatan jernih. Toskan dan siram dibawah aliran air paip. Selepas itu, direndam ke dalam air sejuk. Apabila hendak menghidang, toska airnya dan masukkan ke dalam bubur tadi.
