Daging yang telah digaul dengan serbuk kunyit dan sedikit garam. Masak dalam kuali untuk di keringkan airnya.<br \/>\n2. Jika daging belum empuk masukkan sedikit air lagi dan masak sehingga daging empuk.<br \/>\n3. Jika daging telah lembut masukan sedikit minyak dan bahan-bahan yang telah dihiris tadi, goreng seketika.<br \/>\n4. Masukkan serbuk kari, sos, kicap manis dan sedikit air. Kacau hingga kering sedikit.<br \/>\n5. Sesuaikan rasa masukkan buah tomato dan daun bawang.
