Bersihkan udang. Gaulkan dengan garam dan kunyit.<br \/>\n2. Panaskan kuali&#8230; Masukkan minyak&#8230; Apabila minyak panas, gorengkan udang seketika&#8230;. Angkat dan ketepikan&#8230;..<br \/>\n3. Dengan kuali yang sama&#8230; tumiskan bawang merah dan bawang putih&#8230;.<br \/>\n4. Masukkan sos cili dan kicap&#8230;<br \/>\n5. Maukkan sedikit air &#8211; kalau nak lebih kuah, masukkan air banyak sikit&#8230;.<br \/>\n6. Dah mendidih kuah&#8230; Masukkan udang&#8230;.<br \/>\n7. Masukkan garam secukup rasa&#8230;..<br \/>\n8. Masukkan daun bawang dan hirisan cili besar&#8230;. Kacau rata&#8230;.<br \/>\n9.
