Basuhkan beras dan masukkan semua bahan kecuali daun pisang dalam periuk biasa atau rice-cooker.<br \/>\n2. Masakkan saperti masak nasi biasa.<br \/>\n3. Bila nampak nasi telah kering masukkan dlam loyang yg dilapikkan daun pisang.<br \/>\n4. Tekan sampai padat dengan potato mash.<br \/>\n5. Lapikkan semula dengna daun pisang dan tindihkan dengan bahan yg berat saperti lesung batu atau periuk kecil yg berisi air.<br \/>\n6. Biarkan semalaman atau 5 -6 jam.<br \/>\n7.
