Kemudian kisar kasar dan ketepikan.<\/p>\n<p>Bersihkan sotong kembang dan bilas sedikit bersama limau nipis atau air asam jawa untuk mengelak dari rasa hanyir. Kemudian hiris sotong kembang mengikut kesukaan masing-masing.<br \/>\nPanaskan air sehingga mendidih dan rebus sotong kembang selama lebih kurang seminit. Kemudian toskan airnya.<br \/>\nPanaskan minyak dan tumis bawang besar yang dihiris nipis sehingga kekuningan.<br \/>\nMasukkan pula bahan kisar halus dan masak di atas api perlahan sehingga pecah minyak.<br \/>\nMasukkan sotong kembang, kacang kisar dan sos tiram. Masak sehingga kuah pekat dan perasakan bersama garam dan gula secukup rasa.<br \/>\nTips:<br \/>\nGoreng kacang tanpa minyak (sangai) agak mengambil masa yang panjang. Jika anda tidak mempunyai masa, terus goreng kacang tanah di dalam minyak panas, buang kulit dan kisar kasar.
