Tapis dan airnya diguna untuk kisar bahan B. Kalau tak cukup tambah sedikit air. Kisar pula bahan B.<\/p>\n<p>Panaskan minyak tumiskan bahan A hingga ringan. Masukkan cili kisar dan masak sampai pecah minyak. Masukkan bahan B dan kacau hingga wangi. Pastikan minyak mencukupi. Jika kurang bahan bahan tumis tidak cukup masak.<\/p>\n<p>Masukkan daging dan gaul rata hingga bercampur semuanya. Bila daging dah keluar air masukkan santan, daun kunyit dan sedikit garam. Masak hingga daging empuk. Boleh tambah air jika daging masih belum empuk.<\/p>\n<p>Masukkan kerisik, air asam jawa dan gula. Rasa masam manisnya.
