Panaskan minyak dalam kuali, tumis cili kisar bersama gula dan bawang putih hingga garing dan berminyak 2. Masuk air asam jawa, garam dan belacan.<br \/>\n3. Masukkan kupang ke dalam kuali (boleh digantikan dengan isi kerang)<br \/>\n4.
