Panaskan minyak kemudian tumiskan bahan kisar A sehingga naik bau. Masukkan udang hidup dan bawang besar yang sudah dihiris dan goreng sehingga masak dan kemudian masukkan air.<\/p>\n<p>2. Tambahkan sedikit kicap untuk warna dan rasa manis sedikit, kiub ikan bilis, santan dan goreng lagi sehingga menggelegak.<\/p>\n<p>3. Tambahkan bahan yang bertanda * dan juga fucuk. Goreng sehingga semua sebati dan agak kering. Tambahkan garam jika perlu.<\/p>\n<p>4. Boleh dimakan bersama nasi panas ataupun dijadikan lauk Lontong Kering.<\/p>\n<p>SAYUR GORENG ALA JAWA &#8211; versi 2<\/p>\n<p>4 keping tempe &#8211; dipotong dadu dan digoreng<br \/>\n3 keping tauhu &#8211; dipotong dadu dan digoreng<br \/>\n10 gm suhun &#8211; direndam<br \/>\nKacang panjang &#8211; dihiris serong<br \/>\n10 ekor udang &#8211; dibuang kulit<br \/>\n1keping tauhu kering &#8211; direndam dan dipotong<br \/>\n4 ulas bawang merah &#8211; dikisar<br \/>\n2 ulas bawang putih &#8211; dikisar<br \/>\n1 sudu kicap manis<br \/>\n1 batang cili &#8211; dihiris<br \/>\n1 inc halia &#8211; dihiris halus<br \/>\ngaram secukup rasa<\/p>\n<p>Cara-cara menyediakannya:<\/p>\n<p>Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan yg dikisar hingga garing dan harum. Setelah itu masukkan udang, kacang panjang, suhun, tauhu kering, tauhu, tempe, cili dan gaul rata.
