Masukan beras dan gaulkan pelahan2 supaya sebati. Bubuhkan daun ketumbar &amp; daun pandan \/ pudina. Tuangkan air stok daging \/ ayam secukup untuk mentanak nasinya. Tutup periok biarkan nasi nya masak. Gaulkan nasinya semasa setengah masak.
