Bon Appetit<br \/>\nKredit resepi by : chef Joha Hassan<\/p>\n<p>Bahan2nya<br \/>\n700gm beras basmati &#8211; direndam selama 20 &#8211; 30 mins<span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><br \/>\n1 labu bawang besar &#8211; dikisar<br \/>\n2 ulas bawang putih &#8211; dikisar<br \/>\n0.5 inch halia &#8211; dikisar<br \/>\n1 batang serai &#8211; dikisar<br \/>\n1 tangkai daun ketumbar &#8211; dikisar<br \/>\n1 biji buah tomato &#8211; dipotong dadu<br \/>\n200 ml susu cair<br \/>\n20gm koma2 (saffron) direndam didalam air susu suam<br \/>\n2 sudu besar air mawar<br \/>\n4 cawan stok daging (secukup untuk memasak nasi)<br \/>\n500gm daging kambing ang sudah di rebus<br \/>\n1 batang kau manis<br \/>\n2 bunga lawang<br \/>\n6 biji buah pelaga<br \/>\nGaram secukup rasa<br \/>\n3 helai daun pandan diikat<br \/>\n1 sudu besar bawang merah goreng<br \/>\nMinyak masak untuk menumis<\/p>\n<p>Cara2nya<br \/>\nPanaskan minyak dikuali, letakan rempah ratus, tuangkan bahan2 yang dikisar. Gaulkan dan goreng hingga ia bangkit baunya. Letakan garam secukup rasa dan bawang merah goreng. Tutupkan api. Beras yang sudah direndam diletakan dalam periok nasi. Tuangkan bahan2 rencah yang sudah di masak kedalam periok nasi. Gaulkan supaya sebati. Letakan isi daging yang sudah direbus. Tuangkan susu cair bersama koma2, stok air daging dan air mawar.
