Bon Appetit<br \/>\nBy Chef Joha Hassan<\/p>\n<p>Bahanya<br \/>\nBeras Basmathi, direndam selama 20mins<span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><br \/>\nRempah 4 sekawan (bunga lawang, buah pelaga, Kayu manis dan bunga cengkih)<br \/>\n2 sudu besar air mawar<br \/>\ngaram secukup rasa<br \/>\n4 helai daun pandan diikat<br \/>\nAir untuk merebus beras nya<\/p>\n<p>1 paket Rempah Biryani Sayur<br \/>\n1 paket sayur kacang buncis di potong<br \/>\n2 batang lobak merah dipotong dadu2<br \/>\n2 bawang besar dihiris2<br \/>\n1 tin susu cair\/tairu<br \/>\nAir secukup, untuk kuahnya<br \/>\nGaram secukup rasa<br \/>\n1 dozen telur segar, direbus hingga masak ditepikan<br \/>\nMinyak Ghee\/Mentega<\/p>\n<p>Cara2nya<br \/>\nPanaskan air di periok, air setengah periok, Bila ia mendidih masuk beras nya. Masak di api yang sederhana. Bila ia mendidih semula dalam 15mins masukan garam secukup rasa. Buangkan air nya dan tos beras yang tengah masak. Di periok lain panaskan minyak ghee atau mentega, masukan bawang besar kisar dan masukan daun pandan, rempah2 biryani, bila bau nya bangkit,masukan tairu\/susu dan air secukupnya. Masukan sayur2nya. Bila sudah masak, ambil senduk dan tuangkan kuah biryani sayur kedalam nasi nya. Pasangkan api untuk nasi nya, dan masak lagi di api yang kecil sehingga nasi nya masak. Tuangkan separuh saja kuah biryani. Susunkan Telur di keliling periok.
