Bersihkan sotong.Buangkan kulitnya dan basuh. Toskan kering.<br \/>\n2. Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bahan emsin sehingga naik minyak<br \/>\n3. amsukkan santan, kerisek, daun limau dan daun kunyit.<br \/>\n4. Kacau sekali sekala dan biarkan sampai naik minyak dan pekat dan agak kering.<br \/>\n5. Masukkan sotong dan janggutnya [kepalanya]. Rasakan garam dan masukkan sedikit gula.<br \/>\n6. Masakkan sekejap dan biarkan sampai naik minyak . Jangan terlalu lama nanti sotong akan liat.<br \/>\n7.
