Jangan sampai terlalu hancur pulak. Kemudian masukkan tempoyak dan ditumbuk supaya bergaul rata.<br \/>\nMasukkan ikan dan kesemua bahan ke dalam periuk. Masaklah dengan api perlahan sehingga ianya merenih dan menggelegak.<br \/>\nSetelah menggelegak, masukkan daun kesum.
