Jika kukus, lumurkan ikan dengan garam dan biarkan selama 10 minit. Letakkan ikan di dalam pinggan yang dilengser dengan sedikit minyak dan air. Kukus hingga ikan masak. Atau jika digoreng, lumur dengan garam kunyit dan digoreng garing.<\/p>\n<p>2.Sementara itu, dalam kuali lain, panaskan minyak. Tumiskan bahan bahan cincang selama 1 minit.<\/p>\n<p>3.Masukkan cili kisar dan goreng sehingga cili agak masak sebelum dimasukkan bahan-bahan sos lain yang telah disatukan dalam mangkuk.
