Tumiskan rempah tumis, halba dan daun kari hingga harum. 2. Masukkan bahan yg dikisar dan masak hingga naik bau. 3. Kemudian masukkan rempah kari, kunyit serbuk, dan cili serbuk dan masak hingga terbit minyak.<br \/>\n4. Masukkan sedikit air dan biarkan seketika. Apabila mendidih masukkan sotong, santan, air asam jawa dan garam secukup rasa.<br \/>\n5. Masak hingga kuah sedikit pekat.<br \/>\n6.
