Panaskan minyak di dalam periuk dan tumiskan bahan kisar hingga garing.<br \/>\n2. Masukkan bahan rempah dan masak hingga pecah minyak.<br \/>\n3. Masukkan hati, kicap dan air asam jawa. Biarkan mendidih.<br \/>\n4. Kemudian masukkan gula dan garam secukup rasa. Masak hingga kuahnya agak pekat.<br \/>\n5.
