Perap selama sejam. Boleh juga diperap semalaman. Lagi lama di perap lagi sedap.<br \/>\nPanaskan butter dalam kuali, goreng daun kari sehingga garing dan angkat.<br \/>\nGoreng pula perapan ayam di dalam minyak butter tadi. Jangan terlalu cepat untuk membalikkan ayam kerana nanti ayam susah nak masak di bahagian luar.<br \/>\nMasukkan pula susu cair dan pes bancuhan pekat gajus.<br \/>\nMasukkan garam secukup rasa dan masak sehingga kuah mendidih. Tambahkan sedikit air jika kukah terlalu pekat.<br \/>\nTaburkan dengan daun kari tadi, dan hidang.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nTips:<br \/>\nRempah garam masala boleh didapati di kebanyakan pasaraya besar.
