Tumbuk atau kisar rempah ni sehingga halus.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>CARA MEMASAK :<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">* Ikan tenggiri dibersih dan digaul dengan garam dan kunyit . Panaskan minyak secukupnya untuk teknik deep fry dan goreng ikan sehingga garing , gunakan api sederhana supaya ikan tidak hangit.<br \/>\n* Panaskan minyak secukupnya dan tumis semua bahan kisar dan semua rempah yang ditumbuk serta biar masak hingga terbit bau wangi . Masukkan bawang besar goreng sekejap bagi bawang layu dan kemudian masukkan cili api , air asam jawa secukupnya dan terus kacau kuah<br \/>\n* Masukkan semua ikan tenggiri , buah tomato serta kicap dan terus kacau semua bahan-bahan bagi rata , racik halus daun sup dan ditabur atas ikan dan digaul rata . Rasa kuah jika ada bahan yang kurang boleh ditambah . Bila dah masak boleh la ditutup api dapur .<br \/>\n&#8211; Semua bahan-bahan yang diguna ni boleh ditambah atau dikurangkan mengikut selera masing-masing .
