Ketepikan.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan menggunakan mixer, pukul butter dan gula hingga sebati.<\/p>\n<p>Masukkan vanila dan pukul lagi. Masukkan kuning telur dan pukul.<\/p>\n<p>Masukkan tepung yg dicampur tadi kedalam adunan. Uli sebati.<\/p>\n<p>Canai dan terap dengan menggunakan acuan bulat sebesar saiz syiling 20 sen sehingga adunan habis.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu dalam mangkuk berasingakan pukul telur sehingga berbusa dan berbuih.<\/p>\n<p>Masukkan gula icing dan pukul lagi sehingga kembang.<\/p>\n<p>Masukkan tepung jagung dan pukul sehingga kental (adunan tidak akan jatuh jika mangkuk mixer diterbalikkan). Bagi yg topping bewarna boleh masukkan pewarna dan kaupbalik.<\/p>\n<p>Sediakan plastik dan nozel bulat untuk dipaip topping biskut. Paipkan adunan meringe tadi ke atas adunan biskut sehingga habis.<\/p>\n<p>Bakar pada suhu 150 darjah selama 30-45 minit bergantung pada oven masing-masing. Pasti\u0137an meringue\/topping ranggup.<\/p>\n<p>Sekian.
