250 gm mentega<br \/>\n&gt; 175 gm gula kastor<br \/>\n&gt;100 ml putih telur<br \/>\n&gt; 200 gm tepung gandum<br \/>\n&gt;50 gm tepung jagung<br \/>\n&gt;1\/4 sudu teh emplex<br \/>\n&gt;Pewarna merah, oren, kuning, hijau dan biru ( pilih warna mengikut pilihan hati )<br \/>\n&gt;Loyang khas lidah kucing di gris dengan sedikit mentega<\/p>\n<p>Cara-cara :<\/p>\n<p>1 Ayak tepung jagung, tepung gandum dan emplex, ketepikan<br \/>\n2 Dalam mixer pukul mentega dan gula hingga berkrim<br \/>\n3 Masukkan putih telur sedikit demi sedikit dan putar hingga sebati<br \/>\n4 Masukkan tepung dan kaup balik dengan spatula hiungga rata<br \/>\n5 Bahagikan adunan kepada beberapa bahagian<br \/>\n6 Letakkan pewarna untuk setiap bahagian<br \/>\n7 Masukkan dalam piping bag untuk setiap warna berlainan<br \/>\n8 Potong hujung muncung bag plastik atau piping bag kecil<br \/>\n9 Paipkan atas loyang lidah kucing mengikut corak yang di kehendaki mengikut warna pelangi<br \/>\n10 Bakar dalam oven pada suhu 150 C selama 15 hingga 20 minit<br \/>\n11 Jaga jangan sampai keperangan dan hangus kerana warnanya akan pudar dan tidak menyerlah<br \/>\n12 Biarkan sejuk sebelum di simpan di dalam bekas kedap udara<\/p>\n<p>Selama Mencuba !!<\/p>\n<p>Rujukan: Jom Belajar Buat Biskut<br \/>\n.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BISKUT LIDAH KUCING ================== Bahan-bahan : &gt;
