Tepung gandum dan marjerin cair digaul rata dengan menggunakan tangan hingga menjadi serbuk dan diketepikan.<\/p>\n<p>2. Cili kering dikisar bersama jintan manis,<\/p>\n<p>3. Cili kering yang telah dikisar dan daun sup dan bawang yang telah mayang halus dibancuh bersama air, garam dan telur kemudiannya dituang ke dalam adunan tepung tadi, diuli sehingga rata.<\/p>\n<p>4. Jika adunan agak keras, tambah air sedikit-sedikit, jika agak lembik tambah gandum sedikit sedikit, terus menguli hingga adunan menjadi lembut dan sekata. Ikut masin sendiri ye.<\/p>\n<p>5. Doh digentel bulat-bulat berdiameter lebih kurang 1 cm, kemudian digelek di atas acuan kuih siput, selepas siap ia digoreng dengan minyak yang banyak dibalik-balik agar masak sekata.
