Kacau rata. Ketepikan 1 sudu kecil telur (campur telur ini dengan 1 sudu kecil fresh milk dan kacau rata, guna untuk glis permukaan roti nanti)<br \/>\nMasukkan fresh milk ke dalam cawan penyukat yang mengandungi telur dan penuhkan sehingga 200ml.<br \/>\nTuang ke dalam bread maker.<br \/>\nMasukkan garam, butter, shortening, tepung, bread softener, bread improver, gula dan dry yeast dalam bread maker. Pilih setting &#8216;dough&#8217; dan tekan button on. Biarkan sehingga kerja-kerja menguli selesai.<br \/>\nKeluarkan doh dari BM dan tumbuk doh untuk mengeluarkan udara.<br \/>\nBahagikan kepada 12 bahagian sama besar. Ambil sebiji doh, leperkan dan masukkan inti tuna pedas dan tutup roti dengan rapat dan kemas. Letakkan di atas tray oven yang telah di alas dengan cooking sheet. Jarakkan antara satu sama lain untuk roti mengembang nanti. Buat semua doh sehingga habis.<br \/>\nPanaskan oven 180 darjah celcius selama 3 minit. Kemudian off kan oven. Masukkan doh roti tadi ke dalam oven (TANPA ON OVEN) dan biarkan doh naik selama 25-30 minit.<br \/>\nKeluarkan dari oven dan sapu\/ glis permukaan doh dengan campuran telur dan susu.<br \/>\nSpray permukaan roti dengan air.<br \/>\nBakar di dalam oven dengan suhu 180 darjah celcius selama 10 minit.<br \/>\nSelepas 10 minit buka oven dan sapukan permukaan roti dengan butter \/ marjerin.<br \/>\nKemudian bakar lagi selama 8 &#8211; 10 minit sehingga permukaan roti bewarna perang.<br \/>\nKeluarkan dari oven dan sejukkan roti di atas jaring.<br \/>\nSimpan di dalam bekas kedap udara.
