Kemudian toskan<br \/>\nRendam pulut biasa dalam air sejuk lebih kurang 1 jam juga. Kemudian toskan.<br \/>\nGaulkan pulut hitam bersama pulut puteh. Kemudian masukkan kedalam loyang yang telah dialas dengan plastik. Ratakan.<br \/>\nSatukan santan, garam dan gula. Masukkan santan cair ini keatas pulut, ratakan.<br \/>\nKukus selam 20 minit sehingga pulut kembang.<br \/>\nBila sudah kembang &#8211; karehkan. Kemudian padatkan semula pulut tadi. Ketepikan.<\/p>\n<p>LAPISAN ATAS:<br \/>\n4 biji telur ayam gred A<br \/>\n5 helai daun pandan -blander dengan 100ml air biasa<br \/>\n3 1\/4 cawan santan pekat daripada 1 biji kelapa (550ml)<br \/>\n1\/2 cawan tepung gandum &#8211; cap sauh ( 115g)<br \/>\n1\/4 cawan tepung ubi (50g)<br \/>\nSecubit garam<br \/>\n1 3\/4 cawan gula pasir (380g)<br \/>\nSedikit pewarna hijau<\/p>\n<p>Cara Membuatnya :<br \/>\nCampukan kesemua bahan diatas kecuali gula.<br \/>\nKacau sebati dan tapiskan kedalam periuk, masukkan gula dan sedikit pewarna hijau.<br \/>\nMasakkan diatas api yang perlahan sehingga naik wap.<br \/>\nKemudian tuangkan diatas lapisan bawah. (lapisan bawah mestilah masih panas&#8230;kalau telah sejuk , kukuskan semula atau bancuhkan 1 sudu makan tepung jagung + 2 sudu makan air.
