Untuk Inti:- Kelapa diparut putih. Potong gula melaka kecil dan masukkan ke dalam periuk bersama gula pasir dan air. Masak hingga gula hancur. Tapis air gula tadi dan masukkan ke dalam kuali. Masukkan daun pandan dan juga kelapa parut. Masak hingga inti agak kering sedikit. Angkat dan sejukkan.<\/p>\n<p>2. Untuk Doh:- Satukan tepung pulut dan tepung pulut hitam dalam satu bekas. Tuang air sedikir demi sedikit sambil digaul hingga menjadi doh yg lembut dan tidak melekat di mangkuk adunan. Jika kurang air tambah sedikit lagi.<\/p>\n<p>3. Untuk membuat kuih koci:- Ambil sehelai daun pisang, sapu dgn minyak pada permukaan daun pisang tadi. Ambil sejemput doh dan leperkan, letak satu camca teh inti.<\/p>\n<p>4. Tutup inti dgn doh dan bubuh satu camca teh santan pekat. Kemudian lipat seperti biasa.<\/p>\n<p>5. Bila siap, susun dalam kukusan dan kukus 15 minit atas air menggelegak.
