Campurkan kesemua bhn2 kering.<br \/>\nTuangkan minyak panas &amp; gaul rata.<br \/>\nTuangkan air sedikit2 sehingga membentuk doh lembut.<\/p>\n<p>2. Bahagi doh kpd bebola kecil.<br \/>\nLeperkan &amp; isi dgn inti kesukaan ( inti keledek+daging).<br \/>\nBuat sehingga habis.<\/p>\n<p>3.Goreng dgn minyak dalam sehingga garing.<br \/>\n(G<\/p>\n<p>1 biji keledek saiz besar ( boleh dinganti dengan kentang)<br \/>\n1\/2 gengam ikan bilis ( boleh ganti dengan daging atau isi ayam)<br \/>\n2 sudu besar udang kering<br \/>\n2 sudu besar serbuk kari<br \/>\n1 sudu besa cili kisar<br \/>\ngaram<\/p>\n<p>Cara-caranya<\/p>\n<p>1. Potong dadu keledek dan rendam dalam air, blender udang kering dan ikan bilis hingga hancur, ketepikan. Panaskan minyak dan tumis cili kisar, dan pes serbuk kari hingga garing.<\/p>\n<p>2.
