Masukkan tepung beras dan tepung sagu kedalam mangkuk dan gaulkan bersama 2 cawan air dan diketepikan.<br \/>\n2. Masakkan guka bersama 2 cawan air bersama daun pandan hingga mendidih dan disejukkan hingga suam.<br \/>\n3. Tuangkan air gula kedalam adunan tepung tadi dan digaul rata..seterusnya ditapis.<br \/>\n4. Masukkan esen rose dan gaul rata.Asingkan kepada 2 atau 3 bahagian dan diwarnakan mengikut warna kegemaran masing-masing.<br \/>\n5. Panaskan periuk kukus. Sebaik mendidih..letakkan acuan didalam periuk dan dibiarkan panas selama 5 minit.<br \/>\n6. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam acuan dan kukus selama 20 minit.<br \/>\n7.
