{"id":1114,"date":"2016-06-18T01:56:02","date_gmt":"2016-06-17T17:56:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hazurahashimbani.com\/cooking-recipe\/?p=1114"},"modified":"2016-06-18T01:56:02","modified_gmt":"2016-06-17T17:56:02","slug":"seri-muka","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dragonladyhazura.com\/cooking-recipe\/seri-muka\/","title":{"rendered":"SERI MUKA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1115\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hazurahashimbani.com\/cooking-recipe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/SERI-MUKA.jpg\" alt=\"SERI MUKA\" width=\"400\" height=\"248\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dragonladyhazura.com\/cooking-recipe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/SERI-MUKA.jpg 843w, https:\/\/www.dragonladyhazura.com\/cooking-recipe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/SERI-MUKA-300x186.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.dragonladyhazura.com\/cooking-recipe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/SERI-MUKA-768x476.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.dragonladyhazura.com\/cooking-recipe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/SERI-MUKA-223x137.jpg 223w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>RESEPI SERIMUKA PANDAN<\/p>\n<p>Bahan-bahan:(Loyang 10x10x2&#8243;)<br \/>\n<span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><br \/>\nBahan Lapisan Bawah:<\/p>\n<p>500 gm beras pulut<br \/>\n250ml santan pekat (asal 300ml)<br \/>\n250 ml air (asal 300 ml)<br \/>\n1 1\/2 sudu teh garam halus (asal 2 sudu besar)<\/p>\n<p>Cara:<\/p>\n<p>1.Rendamkan pulut sekurang-kurangnya 4 jam.(saya rendam 2 jam)<\/p>\n<p>2.Basuh bersih dan toskan sehingga air kering.<\/p>\n<p>3.Masukkan dalam loyang yang tidak berlubang dan kemudian masukkan santan pekat, air dan garam.Kacau rata dan kemudian kukus selama 30 minit.<\/p>\n<p>4.Apabila pulut sudah masak, angkat dan gaul sehingga sebati.<\/p>\n<p>5.Masukkan dalam loyang dan tekan padat.<\/p>\n<p>6.Sapukan sedikit bancuhan lapisan atas.(adunan pandan)<\/p>\n<p>Bahan Lapisan Atas:<\/p>\n<p>Bahan A<\/p>\n<p>250 gm gula kastor\/ 200 gm gula pasir<br \/>\n80 gm tepung kastad<br \/>\n400 ml santan pekat<br \/>\n400 ml air<br \/>\n20 gm daun pandan (diblender bersama air di atas)<\/p>\n<p>Bahan B<\/p>\n<p>3 biji telur | dipukul rata<br \/>\n1\/2 sudu kecil garam halus<br \/>\n1\/4 sudu kecil esen pandan<br \/>\nPewarna hijau secukupnya<\/p>\n<p>Cara:<\/p>\n<p>1.Satukan semua bahan A dan kacau rata.<\/p>\n<p>2.Masukkan bahan B dan kacau sehingga rata.<\/p>\n<p>3.Tapis dan masukkan ke dalam periuk.Masak sehingga naik wap.<\/p>\n<p>4.Tuang ke atas lapisan bawah dan kukus selama 30 minit.<\/p>\n<p>BAHAN-BAHAN :-<br \/>\n2 1\/2 cawan tepung beras<br \/>\n1\/2 tepung sagu \/ tepung ubi<br \/>\n1 cawan gula<br \/>\n1 sudu kecil esen rose<br \/>\n4 cawan air<br \/>\nDaun pandan<\/p>\n<p>CARA-CARA:-<br \/>\n1. Masukkan tepung beras dan tepung sagu kedalam mangkuk dan gaulkan bersama 2 cawan air dan diketepikan.<br \/>\n2. Masakkan guka bersama 2 cawan air bersama daun pandan hingga mendidih dan disejukkan hingga suam.<br \/>\n3. Tuangkan air gula kedalam adunan tepung tadi dan digaul rata..seterusnya ditapis.<br \/>\n4. Masukkan esen rose dan gaul rata.Asingkan kepada 2 atau 3 bahagian dan diwarnakan mengikut warna kegemaran masing-masing.<br \/>\n5. Panaskan periuk kukus. Sebaik mendidih..letakkan acuan didalam periuk dan dibiarkan panas selama 5 minit.<br \/>\n6. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam acuan dan kukus selama 20 minit.<br \/>\n7.
